Simplifying Mobile Cart Product Tile

I noticed that the product tiles in the cart were unnecessarily long, so I simplified the tile to make it shorter. This allowed consumers to move through the Mobile cart quicker to check out. This resulted in a $200,000 revenue increase in one year.

Product Detail Page Redesign

By changing the look of the Product Detail Page, I was able to show more information above the fold and make it easier for consumers to find what they needed. This resulted in a 15% increase in engagement and 8% increase in conversion.

Product Review Tile Design

By adding a carousel to display reviews on the homepage, consumers were able to see real reviews from purchasers right away. This resulted in an increase of 20% Product Detail Page engagement and 5% increase in conversion.

Redesign of Homepage Navigation

I conducted interviews through UserTesting to get feedback on our navigation. Participants said it was overwhelming with too many options. I changed the navigation to only contain 4-6 personalized items in a carousel. This resulted in a 4% increase in conversion.

Category Banner Design

I conducted interviews through UserTesting to get feedback on category pages. Participants said it was too many text and they couldn’t find where they wanted to go. I added subcategory tabs and reduced the amount of tabs on the page. This resulted in a 24% increase to subcategory pages and 6% increase in conversion.

Two Products Shown vs. One

As a way to create a better user experience on Mobile, I tested adding two products to a row instead of one product taking up the entire screen. This resulted in a 9% increase in engagement and 6% increase in conversion.

Additional Tile with Content

By adding personalized content on a subcategory page, we were able to get consumers engaged with our content and in turn resulted in a 2% conversion increase for the product shown.
